Sugo Alla Norma goes great with all pasta types. Frantoi Cutrera makes great olive oil. We highly recommend their Segreti di Sicilia line. Ingredients: sicilian tomato, eggplant, onion, extra virgin olive oil, basil, chili, sea salt. May contain traces of nuts, celery, or milk-based products. Refrigerate after opening.
