This picture is not what you will get. It is a piece of junk-the strap just stretches and does nothing to hold your chin in place. Dont' waste your money. Had an issue with mouth drying out due to to mouth breathing. Adding this has pretty much cured this so recommended on that front. However, it is a bit expensive for a bit of material and velcro.
