I don’t know how you would make any shade of green or orange out of black. I don’t think it would work. I would just buy orange and green coloring they have so many shades of those colors maybe you can find the colors your looking for without mixing colors. **Q: Does it contain red 40?** A: Yes. It says it "may contain one or more of the following U.S. certified colors (Red 40, Red 3, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1 & Blue 2), or (Titanium Dioxide)" **Q: can this be used to color liquid such as vodka?** A: It should, just make sure it dissolves fully. This is thicker than liquid food coloring and has a bit of a taste. **Q: Can you please tell me what the ingredients are? TY!** A: The ingredients on the Soft Gel Paste Food Color (Gold) that I have in front of me lists the ingredients as water, sugar. It also has modified corn starch, vegetable gum, citric acid and less than 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives.
