I chose this unit because it was the highest rated electric power washer reviewed in the 7/23 issue of Consumer Reports. The hose that comes with this unit is comically awful. It tangles up easily and kinks. If you buy this unit you are strongly advised to upgrade the hose (Uberflex for me). Also, the soap dispenser tube was badly kinked at the pump end.
