This brace managed to fit around my thighs and my calf to brace my knee. It tended to slide if I didn't tightened the lower portion enough. The compression is good and easy to use, and it is a good quality brace. Due to my weight and thigh size I had some leg irritation on my inner thigh due to the metal portion of the brace. Although it was covered it still dug in. No fault of the brace, just my body. I would still recommend this for purchase.
