Nice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved me buying a new tv *by M***R on 5 October 2025* This has literally saved me hundreds of pounds thanks to a random ad - not sure what it said but it made me click through. I was going to replace my 2016 Panasonic tv as both its own internal apps and a 2016 Amazon fire stick were so slow, locked or crashed and needed rebooting so often I would give up in frustration. Read the reviews and thought I’d got nothing to lose by trying this Rakuten. Oh wow - £39.99 and it’s like I have a super fast tv without changing it. Very easy and fast to set up too. And refreshingly less ad driven/in your face start-up screen. The volume and tv on/off on the remote also means I don’t need to have two remotes all the time. And one interesting option is the facility to link to headphones. I’m moving to a top floor flat soon and was concerned about volume passing through the floor as I’ve had some hearing damage but this way I can keep the volume just on me, although I haven’t tested yet as I’ve not found it in the settings so will have to delve a bit deeper.
