To calculate the size of side blockers needed, with your blind fully furled measure from the bottom of the blind to the window sill, then deduct about 3cm to allow space to pull the blind through. To install: 1. Clean surfaces to which blockers will be attached. DRY WELL. 2. Remove liner tape from adhesive foam tape 3. Position gap blocker -very- lightly initially, as they're hard to adjust once afixed. 4. Once in position, press firmly and repeat on other side. See included instructions for more detailed guidance. I had to trim them slightly as not quite the right size for my window but they cut easily. They really do stop the light bleeding in around a recessed blind. They don't look very attractive though but I've just stuck wallpaper on them with contact adhesive and plan to paint them the same as the wall and run a light caulk down the join so it looks seamless. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Not very user-friendly! *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 August 2024* I received 4 short lengths to make up the 3 long lengths I need. 2 were the same, 1 much shorter and one even shorter. You basically get the overall length you need in separate pieces and have to mix & match them to get the length you need. The lengths are not sensible lengths to make up what you need easily. I now have to cut a few cm off one, 25cm off another etc and then stick them up in bits which apart from being annoying, looks rubbish with all the joins around the window.I did read another reviewer saying they had received separate pieces but I expected the lengths to be longer and to more sensibly make up my required dimensions.I’d say avoid unless you have a small window for which you can get your lengths in one piece. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Cut in half *by J***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 July 2024* I haven’t installed these yet but broadly looks like they’ll do the job they need to (good size and shape to fit around a roller blind).
