Easy installation and funtioned well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gave an aging laptop new life *by M***N on June 24, 2019* I have an old latitude laptop from the windows Vista era that was pretty much considered useless. Someone recommended we try installing cloudready to turn it into a Chromebook, and now my kids use it as an internet machine (it's great for Google docs and YouTube as well as light chrome-based gaming). Of course a machine that old had a battery dead as a doorknob, so they had to keep it plugged in 24/7. They were annoyed because the charging cable is actually quite short, so they were limited in where it could be used. When I saw how cheap this battery is, however, I decided why not splurge and make it into a portable machine again. They are SO happy now with it. If I had known how easy and inexpensive it would be to revive this old machine and make it useful again, I'd have done this a long time ago. Note, the battery life isn't amazing.
