The bullet may be a bit too macho sounding but it’s actually quite unobtrusive and the included chain makes it hang just around & under behind the first button under the collar button. The material feels classy as it’s supposed to be Titanium. The chain was not of the same material or quality but will do for now. I’d have gladly paid a dollar more for a better quality chain. But fit carrying lifesaving meds something like this is a must have.
