The light pulses are very bright, and I'm sure blinding in the dark. The light itself is very convenient because of it's size and brightness. To get to the Strobe feature you have to cycle through the two flashlight modes. Not a problem because they are blinding, also. **Q: does it zoom in/out** A: No zoom , has hi, low and strobe...my favorite edc light!!! **Q: Where dies the o ring go?** A: The O ring is on the flashlight, and the spare O ring is in the package. **Q: Can you reverse the clip to fit on your cap?** A: Yes!
