**Q: Light not working. What is the tag for in battery holder?**
A: If you pull the tab out and put batteries in then it should work

**Q: The 45× .magnifier section (the main reason i bought it) shows everything upside down. Do i send this back?**
A: I have checked my own glass. The 45 x Is upside down, as you say. I will not need to use the x45.

**Q: I wasn't asking if it came with batteries, i was pointing out that the description says 1 thing and the video another**
A: Mine didn't come with batteries.

**Q: I purchased 2 of these and no batteries were included. I also can't find anywhere which tells me what batteries are needed or how many**
A: The magnifying glass takes 3x AAA Batteries, located in the compartment in the handle. Just ensure you insert them the right way round!

Happy with this . I'm in my 50s and while I just need moderate readers I happen to be reading a certain small format book that has 2 font sizes tiny which I can read and miniscule which i struggle with. This handy magnifying glass solved the problem and will be useful for soldering or fiddly repair jobs etc. Nothing to complain about , its an old school magnifying glass in a sturdy plastic frame . Well worth the price and the led lights are a nice addition and are nice and bright. No soft light tho. The magnifying glass appears to be real glass and not plastic by the weight and its cold to the touch another giveaway. The little one on the handle is plastic. It works ok but you need to be close to the object or text you are looking at or it inverts the image. So if you want a proper decent magnifying glass with a light this 8s the one to go for

Great item for price with the addition of the light which is very helpful. However the small viewer shows things upside unless you turn it around which then means the lights are shining directly in your face. This seems like an overlooked design flaw but the main part will do well for what I need it for so I'm happy with it. Seems of good quality despite the flaw and has an easy weight to hold.

This a good quality magnifying glass, with a light, and comes with a pouch in which to keep it from getting scratched. This is the second one I have ordered.
