These are a great quality product for the price. The thickness of the strap is thicker than most in the same price point. While being thicker they still have enough softness to not be abrasive. I've had stiff straps in the past that lead to abrasions on the wrist and these haven't caused that in my 2 weeks of use. The textured grip portion are a nice added feature, not sure if I would pay more for the grip portion, but I would prefer to have it.
