Vega has been great in terms of customer service. the last mirrors we purchased came eith damages in the doors and after we notified Vega about the damaged doors, it took only few day for them to send us replacement doors as the communication with them has been great. We really like the dimmer feature. The only thing we didn’t realize when we ordered it is that it is a bright white light not a soft white light. Also the light in this mirror is not bright enough to serve as the only light in our bathroom. We ended up purchasing reveal LED HD+ light bulbs to go in the fixtures above the mirror and they seem to complement each other well.
