I can hardly believe nobody reviewed this grass seed. I've been using it for a few years now to renew our close to 20 year old lawn. Spots that I reseeded firs are growing strong after a few years now. The grass is watered just sparingly with no rain for months in Oregon summer and it stays green and thick and strong with way less weeds in it than the old grass. I just used up a bag I bought elsewhere and am her to look for more of the same.
