I also use a 1/4 to 1/2 tspoon of tumeric power because its good for everything that ails you. look it up,, and a teaspoon of metacucil for fiber, drink it down and your on the way, after a while you loose craving for food and always kinda not too hungry, then i have a sensible meal and look forward to tomorrow,, good luck. **Q: Has anyone used a shaker bottle or do you have to use a blender?** A: I have used a blender, a shaker, and even a milkshake blender. While the both blenders do end up with a slightly more creamy and airy end result, the shaker is plenty good.
