Arrived as described via Amazon Prime, so no issues. The instructions are easy to follow. Option to heat shampoo cap in the microwave, I just used it straight out of the packaging. I found it a very simple process overall. The recipient has long hair. I had no problems putting their hair into the cap, however they don’t quite have the dexterity, nor can they see well enough to do it for themselves. After massaging the head/ hair as per instructions, I removed the cap. I would advise putting a towel around the shoulders, especially if you have long hair. The shampoo smells pleasant. Hair was soft and shiny following blow dry. The recipient said their hair felt clean. I think the five pack is good value at £10 at time of review.
