Review: A pantry staple - This is similar to the Trader Joe’s ginger drink. I also use it in soups and sipping broths. It’s one of my favorite things to drink when I’m sick, inflamed, or under the weather: comforting, warming, and effective. I always keep some on hand. One of my favorite ways to use it is with Chinese dumplings—boil the dumplings or wontons in water til cooked; ladle out some of the water and mix with chicken bouillon and a packet of ginger tea; add dumplings. Great on a cold day.
Review: Discontinued? WHY?! This was great! - It is perfect. It tastes great as well. I wish this was still available but it is not anymore here. It dissolves well in water. It is well worth the price, and was one of the only ones on here that was UNSWEETENED. Now I have to go elsewhere - what a shame.

This is the stuff I've been looking for - a very strong ginger drink with no sugar. So much of the stuff in the grocery store either has sugar in it, or the intensity has been scaled back This is straight from Asia, the undiluted, non-sugary drink I've been craving ever since I got back from a trip over there; it's very strong, not to most Westerner's tastes, but it's very good if you've had this sort of thing before
