Our PTs and assistants are very happy with the product. Our franchise required that we buy gel ice packs, and we did, but I decided to give these clay products a try. They are very good, keep cold longer. this was our second purchase.NOTE: I believe the manufacturer says that this product can be used for hot packs as well. While we have not tried it, I would not recommend it because the heat would deteriorate the plastic cover. This is my assumption.
