I would call it unscented. It has a light scent that is not bad, but it doesn't linger after rinsing your face. It didn't cause any breakouts or any other irritation and my face felt good and clean. The "scrub" part of the face wash is mild. You can feel the little bits in there but it is far less abrasive than a typical face scrub and doesn't make my face red from use. It also doesn't take a lot (nickel sized) to do the job, so the bottle should last a while and makes the cost more acceptable.While I have no expectation of looking younger after using this face wash, I do think it is a quality wash that should at least help me maintain my mug better than the usual grocery store variety face wash. I wouldn't expect miracles from any face wash. like that there are no parabens or sulfates in it. That was one of the main reasons I tried it in the first place.I will be adding this to my list of good men's face washes, along with Bulldog Original and Kiehl's Facial Fuel. I’ve been using this product, with desirable results. Based on the weight of the bottle, I assumed I still had a good 1/3 of the bottle left. WRONG! Turns out the scrub agent had coagulated into a solid at the bottom of the bottle and the liquid cleaning agent was the only part that had been coming out during use. Have to toss the rest as it is nothing but a giant solid mass stuck to the bottom of the bottle. It's been over a week since the occurrence and my skin is still tender and I'm not able to use the product as of yet.
