However I think there needs to be improvement on where the ice pack or ice packs should go. Having a big pouch in front is great and all, but it freezer my Johnson more than my balls. I had to a-range my self in a somewhat uncomfortable way to ice only my balls. I think u should re-design a pocket or pockets for the ice packs to go to avoid the main package as much as possible. Maybe even change the shape of the ice pack. I saw a few reviews of people saying the ice packs break easily. That is not true at all. They are very good ice packs if u use common sense with them I see them lasting a long time. In the end having this product to help ice after surgery is better than any other alternatives I tried.
