I have been taking this for 3 weeks and I have been taking more than the recommended dose. I figure after a month I'll cut back to the recommended dose. I haven't noticed any reduction knee pain but I have noticed other benefits. I climb lots of stairs at work and would get a little winded and the leg muscles would be burning. Now yesterday was a particularly busy stair climbing day due to maintenance being done. It didn't even occur to me until late in the shift that I was climbing 8 floors with ease. My legs were not burning, my breathing was relaxed and my heartbeat was just over 100. I wear a fitbit and most times it would be around 140 after climbing 8 floors. Also I usually feel cold, hands and feet, and lately I haven't felt cold at all.Update: After about 2 months of taking this I had blood work done. All my numbers are good. My doctor took me off of 2 prescriptions, one for cholesterol and one for type 2 diabetes. I have added some ginger root and cayenne supplementation as well.
