Depending on how hot you want your dishes to be...,for me and my husband 4 peppers are more than spicy for us. I do not consider this peppers to be mild, maybe for others who can tolerate really spicy food, this is mild for them, but the 4 pieces I put in my curry is very spicy for us. I can feel the heat at the back of my mouth. It is "spicy"Maybe part of it also is that I used curry meat powder . Next time...I will only use 3. We are not really into sooo spicy curry. Anyway, These peppers are really good...the color it gives to the dish is more intense than any other peppers I use. As for the taste...well, dried peppers do not give the same flavor as the fresh ones. All I can say is it's hot! Goodluck you guys!
