But the belt has about 12 holes in it about an inch apart and the belt is the only thing that goes around your waist. The smallest of those holes works OK for me (I normally wear a 34). And I see no reason one couldn't make additional holes in the belt to make it tighter. **Q: Is there a thigh measurement available for these?
