Performance is obtained through the use of quality base oils and a select polysulfide extreme pressure additive system which is coupled with state of the art friction modifier additives. These additives impart anti-weld, anti-scuff, and anti-wear properties that are necessary in high quality heavy duty severe service gear lubricants. TRIAX gear oils provide excellent protection under the most severe conditions encountered in commercial transmissions, axles, and final drives. They are designed to be used in limited slip differentials.
