Ft Dehumidifier in November of 2024 and found the unit to be very effective in controlling the humidity in our basement. It is quiet and works fast in dropping the humidity during the spring and summer months. One drawback on the 4500sq ft unit is the size of the water tank; it's very small but this wasn't important to us as we use the self draining feature so we never have to empty the tank. We liked the overall quality so much, we have purchased 2 other Kesnos brand units to use in other areas of our house. This particular unit ran daily from late March through mid-October each season without fail until a few weeks ago when it stopped drawing moisture out of the air. Kesnos customer service has been excellent in processing the warranty replacement since this unit was less than 2 years old and still within their 2 year warranty.
