No issues so far. Vibration-free, superior view compared to stock. Construction seems top-notch and they look fantastic. No instructions, but the product page gives you the pictures you need.I was concerned about vibration in the bars if I replaced the bar-end weights with these. Fortunately, the bolt that holds the mirror to the bars is the same diameter and thread as the original one in the bar-end weight, just shorter.
