It worked very well for both uses. It tastes great and has a unique sweet but not too sweet flavor that I haven't tasted in other vegetable broth powders. Maybe from the fenugreek in it? I hadn't had that ingredient before using this. I like that it is a powder and I plan to make homemade backpacking meals with it in the future.
