**Q: There are nicks in a couple of the bars. Can you send me replacements?**
A: They sent my unit without the two bottom crosspieces, after they had to do their "investigation" it was determined i was sent the wrong unit. I paid extra for the upgraded unit, which had the 2 bottom crosspieces. Took about 3 months to recieve. All said, they might replace, but expect a long turnaround...p.s. keep the box. it has a code they need. w/out it, no dice!

**Q: How high is it roughly from the floor, with casters, to were the angle starts. I plan on using this in a studio where I will be seated?**
A: About 37 inches for the 16U one. If you're sitting down, it's gonna be way too tall (I use mine standing up, and it towers above my digital piano, which I also play standing up). I'd get the 9U version if you're going to be seated.

A: standard square 19" rack mounts

**Q: Will a mackie profx16 mixer fit? will it be top heavy if nothing on bottom shelf. looking for something easy to transport in my vehicle with pa system**
