It offered absolutely no help whatsoever to my ability to sleep. I doubled the dosage and still got nothing. It is just a bunch of average herbs thrown together by some marketing jerk to make money. You don’t need a prescription to get this. When I use this it feels like a totally NORMAL SLEEP coming on with “ yawning “! My head does not feel heavy or funny like with sleep medicines. The effect comes on quickly ( 30 minute or so) . I have a perfectly normal sleep. Even if i wake up in the middle there is no issue falling back to sleep. The best part is when I wake up in the morning I feel totally RESTED and relaxed with no hang overs like with sleeping pills. I don’t need to take it EVERY DAY so I don’t feel that I’m going to get addicted. I’ve got a history of easily tending to be “ allergic” to various medicines so I was really concerned about using this ; but have had no issues thus far.
