## Description

Flourish Excel, 2 L / 67.6 fl. oz.

Review: WOW! - I set up a new aquarium 3 months ago. I've had major algae issues. Plants have not been growing like they're supposed to. Nothing has seemed to be going right. I bought this product based on some recommendations on Youtube, and 2 weeks later... the algae is completely gone and the plants are thriving like I haven't seen since I set up the tank. The desertcart Sword plant has sprouted SIX new stems in the last 2 weeks. The Hornwort has reached the top of the aquarium. The stem plants are finally starting to get longer. I wish I'd started using this product day 1. I will buy it again, and again, and again.
Review: A Staple for Healthy, Growing Aquarium Plants - I keep coming back to Seachem Flourish Excel because it consistently helps my aquarium plants stay healthy and grow well. After regular dosing, I’ve noticed stronger growth and better overall plant appearance. It’s easy to dose, and the bottle lasts a good amount of time depending on tank size. I’ve had good results using it as part of a regular maintenance routine, especially in planted tanks where I want steady growth without setting up a full CO2 system. The plants respond well, and I’ve seen improved color and vitality over time. As long as you follow the recommended dosing instructions, it integrates easily into a standard care schedule. If you maintain a planted aquarium and want reliable support for plant health, this has been a dependable product in my experience.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product for algae control and for plant growth
*by D***. on March 14, 2024*

I purchased this product after some plants I had bought introduced black beard algae to my aquarium. I tried a couple of other products prior to this with no luck. I tried spot treating with Hydrogen Peroxide and while that did seem to work, it was too difficult to use. I had the algae all over the tank to the point that the Hydrogen Peroxide just wasn't a practical solution. I've been using the Flourish Excel for about five weeks now. After maybe ten days to two weeks, it had basically eradicated my algae problem. I still have a couple of spots of green or brown algae here or there - but it's exactly that, just spots. I suspect the Flourish Excel works better or worse on different kinds of algae (as it completely destroyed my problem Black Beard algae) but even on the algae that it doesn't completely take care of, it certainly reduces it and holds it at bay. Additionally, the plants seem to love it. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed substantial enough plant growth that I was sure it was because of the products and not simply regular expected growth from the plants naturally. I have been using this product in conjunction with a shrimp safe liquid fertilizer and my plants have benefitted greatly. My Amazon Swords in particular have tripled in size since starting this product with the liquid fertilizer. Very pleased. Great product, with no side effects to the fish, snails, or shrimp and crawfish in the tank.
