Long story short…..they made my 72-hour sardine challenge so easy. The sardine challenge really worked, and now I actually crave these sardines even though the 72-hour challenge is over. My absolute favorite way to prepare them is to dump the sardines and all the EVOO into a skillet, add some Himalayan pink salt and a generous amount of Mrs. Dash seasoning, push them and flip them around till they are a little crispy and the seasoning gets crunchy. I slide them out of the skillet onto a plate and make sure to top them off with all the little crispies. They are so delicious and sometimes I squeeze a little mustard over them. I’m amazed! No one could have ever convinced me I would like sardines EVER. These sardines are AWESOME, due to their MILD smell & flavor, their freshness, and the oil is extra virgin olive oil…..instead of other oils in some other brands that are unhealthy and inflammatory.
