Nouval fy1051-28ac-r non-stick ceramic coated pot with aluminum lid, 11-inch, 5.9 Qtr., Red has stylish red exterior and cream interior design. Interior scratch-resistant ceramic coating let you cook healthier and clean easily. Ceramic can be taken to extreme temperatures (850 f/455 c). If for any reasons a stockpot, for example, is left on high heat with nothing in it, coating is far more likely to survive than conventional nonsticks, which begin to decompose slowly at 650 f/345 c. The extra-heavy gauge (3.5mm) (Thicker than most of the quality ceramic coated products) and high quality 99.9% Purity aluminum provides uniform heat distribution with even cooking. Nouval products are made in turkey in accordance with European standards. The product is dishwasher safe- hand wash recommended for long-lasting usage.
