## Questions & Answers

**Q: The tip of the stylus pen fell out within 24 hours of opening. How can I get a replacement?**
A: I would try to go to a Dollar store and look for the old type drawing pad that has a clear ( or gray ) plastic sheet that you lift to erase the image. I think that would be the cheapest way to obtain a blunt, safe, plastic stylus.

**Q: Magnetic? Good quality product?**
A: I don't think these tablets work by magnetism. The screen is pressure sensitive. Don't use any sharp object on the screen but I have drawn on it with just a fingernail, although I don't advise you to do that either. The erase button causes the screen to return to it's dark appearance.

**Q: Are these rechargeable by usb ?**

A: I ordered 2 and they both had a stylus that could be attached to the tablet.
