What is the best surface?** A: The hover soccer ball can only be used on smooth surfaces. The way it works is that a fan creates an air cushion which lifts the ball off the ground and makes it glids. With grass the surface is not smooth and so the air cusion will not be enough to lift it off the ground. Any hard surface is fine- wooden floors, low pile carpet, basements, concrete (but must be smooth- outside concrete might be too full of small rocks), tiles etc. Its mainly designed for indoor use.
