Figured out the touch screen is tapping random spots on its own. Then I read their own inspection sheet- touchpad and keyboard are marked with an x, everything else has a check mark. Battery was in the 20 percent range so I thought I'd charge it to see if it would help. Wow,the charger they sent is the wrong size for the charge port. Total waste of my time. Extremely dissapointed.UPDATE: There is no prepaid shipping label - they want me to pay to send it back and are generous enough to give me a crumb ($15.00) as a thank you for paying the return shipping of their known defective product. I have lost a day of work trying to fix this with Amazon and Dell. They sent me a product that they KNEW was defective before sending it out. Now I am expected to pay the return shipping, and wait for my refund while paying my credit card interest until they feel like refunding it.
