Powered by 3 AAA batteries (included), this compact device is optimized for clear EVP communication and reliable paranormal investigations. ## Description This is the 7th revision and latest revision of the SB7 and it no longer has the light diod in the middle of the speaker as the previous revision 6 had. So far for unknown reason desertcart has not let us change the photo. The T has been dropped from the product name to just shorten the name. The Spirit Box still has the ATDD (automatic temperature deviation detection) which the T stood for. ATDD is an alert that goes off when the temp changes by +/- 5F. All the other functions are there as well. New is that the Rev 7 has a half frequency step between each frequency which allows for more and clearer communication to come through. Also an extra fast sweep rate of 50ms has been added. As before it scans from 76 mHz to 87.9 mHz which is a wider range than other similar devices.
