This 5L black water-based flexible epoxy marine paint by ASK Coatings is specially formulated for both interior and exterior marine applications. It adheres to damp surfaces where other paints fail, providing a tough, non-toxic, waterproof finish that is tack free in 24 hours and fully cured within 7 days. Ideal for boats, yachts, engine rooms, and lockers, it offers durable protection and easy maintenance for all your marine vessels.

## Description

ASK Flexible Water Based Epoxy is a hard wearing and durable two part epoxy boat paint, suitable for interior and exterior surfaces that are subject to structural movement, vibration or extreme environmental conditions. It can be applied in the same manner as ordinary emulsion paint but with the added benefit of application in damp conditions, so is ideal for the marine industry. It leaves a tough, non toxic, waterproof and easy to clean surface once dried which can withstand pressure washing, steam cleaning and washing with sterilizing liquids. Application: Pour the ‘B’ pack into the ‘A’ pack and mix well. Make sure attention is given to the sides and bottom of the container to ensure a thorough mix. The mixed material may be applied by brush, roller or airless spray. One coat is usually sufficient, however, please note that the curing process starts as soon as pack A and pack B are mixed, so if a second coat is required, this must be applied within 90 minutes. Coverage will be around 5.5 square metres per 1 litre and should be stored in cool, dry conditions in original tins. Cleaning: If using spray equipment, rinse thoroughly with cold water frequently to avoid the build up of cured paint. Brushes and rollers should be washed in cold water and mild detergent.
