It’s extremely undervalued if you ask me, because what is inside, you only have to study and see for yourself, that is if you are sincere. This book will bring about the greatest level of compassion because it really brings and understanding to this life between birth and death and after death and a greater appreciation for the time we have on this earth. The exercises are gems and anyone can fit time to do them, as long as they remain persistent. This is also a book that should read and studied multiple times over years of inner work.
