I contacted Amazon, who provided me with the manufacturer's contact information. I emailed the company and included the information they required for replacement pieces. After not hearing a response for seven days, I contacted them again, submitting the same information. Still no contact from the company! While I was pleased with the unbroken pieces, I find that I have only a service for three, which is not satisfactory.
