As soon as the oven reached what it says is 350 I turned it off and using pot holders removed the devise and read the temp. It tells me if my oven temperature is correct. **Q: The thermometer doesn't display the selected oven temp for at lease 10 minutes after the oven indicates that it reached temperature. Is this normal?** A: Mine takes longer than 10 minutes. I tried a different one and it was the same. It's very frustrating.
