I’ve added a photo of the actual bars & the chocolate itself. As you can see by the chocolate, it’s got that lovely satiny sheen that white chocolate has. No grittiness or coarseness, it’s silky smooth & melts in the mouth. Low melting point so perfect for whipping in to mascarpone etc to make truffles. Cons: All bars are 75gm so it is quite expensive for the amount you get but all low carb food is really. The difference with this is it’s worth the expense.
