The method from underneath going into the earth worked better than the other method and it keps my plant alive for over 4 weeks. Although it worked fine, the earth of my plant got a little white fungus as it was a bit too humid all the time for it but after a while it disappeared again. For a long holiday, can definitely recommend this to safe your plants!
