It shipped folded? *by V***H on August 5, 2022* I'll start by saying the rug is lovely with a nice soft feel and a pretty sheen. Just what I had hoped for. It's a large rug at 8 x 12 and I was shocked to see it arrived folded rather than rolled. The folds are puckered, stretched and lumpy on the floor. I have it laid out now and so hope that it will recover it's original shape.
