I’ve tried upwards of 20 different brands of hydrocolloid patches (I even tried cutting up medical grade hydrocolloidal bandages), but these renocare patches blow them all out of the water.I’m a side sleeper, and I can get sweaty while I sleep. Other acne patches would end up on my pillow case, sheets, or even my shirt. Even if they did manage to stay in place, they didn’t absorb enough for me to justify the price and effort.Then I found these... Typically, I am NOT a brand loyalist, but this product actually does what it says, and better than I ever expected or imagined. They stay put through sweat, moisturizer, oil, and even in the shower. The perforated design of the sticker sheet eliminates the need for tweezers and the frustration of the patches folding up/sticking to themselves. Most importantly, these little dots absorb even more than the MEDICAL GRADE patches, despite being several times thinner (and more comfortable)! Your pimple or blemish is ACTUALLY smaller when you wake up.I was purchasing these Renocare patches on a regular basis for months when they completely disappeared from the Amazon market... Looks like it has improved a bit. They used to be thicker and harder to peel off the backing. These new ones are now thinner around the edge so that they lay flatter to your skin. I can barely see them! The only thing i dont like is that they now come in 2 different sizes. And to be honest, i kinda still like the old version. I used to cut them in half when i needed a smaller patch. Not sure if these could handle a cut. But i suppose thats why they come in 2 different sizes. I wouldnt mind 2 differnt sizes if the amount was the same but it is 1 big sheet and 2 little sheets. I have used all of the ones sold on Amazon (I literally mean all of them) and these by far are the best.There are a few that work equally as good, but what makes these stand apart from the rest is that they actually STAY on, even thru sweat, sleep etc. I've even taken a shower and forgot to remove them and to my surprise they were still there, the water/soap did not disturb them at all. This is what sealed the deal for me. I am 39 with 2 kids and mini farm to take care of.
