Can’t find a brewing guide anywhere.** A: They are beans, not ground coffee. It will depend on your machine or taste preference if using a manual brewing process. If you are not sure, I would suggest watching some utube videos on dosage. Because the beans are off cuts, I would imagine they will different each bag. Therefore, it will be impossible to give a definitive. Good tasting coffee and like all coffee. You play around with the variables until you find your Perfect coffee. **Q: Given that the beans are roasted daily, how old are they likely to be by the time I receive them? I need freshly roasted ones whenever possible.** A: All i ca say is they are not fresh. Tastes like they are the dregs of whats left over. To be able to order a box of 2 bags or more would be fantastic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lucky dip *by A***R on 25 June 2025* I think that I got a mix of columbian and robusta, which generally aren't really my palate, but, exceptional crema production. It made a pungent espresso initially, too bitter for me. Flavour was really variable between 2 machines and it required a very fine grind to find a balanced flavour... I found that it had a distinct cocoa flavour after 5mins. Add a splash of rum and job's a goodun!! I feel a tad harsh not giving 5 stars but ultimately it's a discount product made from premium beans and is good value for that.
