The leather is thick, stitching even, it smells nice, and the little touches like finished edges on the handle and full leather shoulder strap really look sharp. It feels high quality on the whole. It doesn't have any of the obvious cost cutting measures seen in similar bags of this size like low quality "Genuine Leather", leather trim on other materials, or synthetic linings. It fits a W520 Thinkpad in one of the main compartments snugly but without drama while leaving the rest of the bag available. All the hardware is really nice and the bag includes a complete set of spares - rivets, snaps, strap clips, everything. Nice touch, it really seems like a bag that will last a long time and will be repairable if necessary. Some clips/straps next to the key holder to hold a pen or two would be a nice touch but otherwise the small compartments and pockets inside are well laid out and useful including a nice magnetic closure pocket in one of the main compartments that isn't in the description.When I placed the order there was only one other review and a discounted one at that so it felt like a bit of a risk. Having paid full price and received the bag I can say that it is an excellent product and worth a purchase.
