The microfiber makes it incredibly soft, and it is cool to the touch. I have not had an issue with it making me too warm, as another reviewer has stated.I washed my cover as soon as I received it, and it washed perfectly. I didn't even follow the care instructions, I added it to my whites, washed it like I normally would and the pillowcase came out just fine. There was no piling, no bunching of the fabric. No loose threading. It is an exceptional cover.Another reviewer mentioned the zipper being cheap... This is not true. It is a perfectly functional zipper. Obviously if you go tearing through it and forcing it to zip or unzip roughly, you may damage it and cause it to break. I unzipped the cover, inserted my body pillow and then zipped it right back up. It was super easy and there were no issues. Fits my pillow perfectly.I will update my review after I have had this for a long enough period of time to determine how well it holds up. I can tell you right now, I expect it to last.
