I think it's no problem using it as an adult sleeping bag.-Two sleeping bags can be zipped together for a couple or family use. I really do like this design and I will buy another one for myself when our family goes hiking in the future.-It is very easy to roll up and put into the compression sack. The sack comes with the sleeping bag and my boy can pack it by himself without any help. And the flap on the top protects it very well. It has four compression straps and you can tighten those straps to make it easier to store or carry with.-This sleeping bag has two zippers, one on the side another on the bottom. A very smart design which allows you to release your feet when your lower body feels too warm.Cons:-It might not great for a summer night camping.
