I was actually surprised with this sight's features at this price point. 3 different reticles, (circle, dot and crosshairs) 2 different colors (red/green) and that it came with multiple batteries. This might be a pretty good RDO to try on an inexpensive firearm, like a 22 rifle. Good value for the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars A fatal flaw, but great customer service *by S***M on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2022* I don't know what to think here. The build quality of the product feels so solid, but there is a fundamental problem. I couldn't figure out why the red dot kept disappearing and appearing. I finally concluded that the battery is not being held securely. So I tried to pull out the prongs in the battery cover to make it push down a bit more. These are very fragile and I broke two of the prongs (see photo). Then I finally realized that it is not pressure on the battery from above that is needed, but side to side, as the battery itself wobbles around horizontally in its enclosure. I used the battery supplied with the device.I was able to fix this by putting some electric tape around one edge of the battery to give it a tighter fit (see photo). I am trying to decide if I should return it though because it feels like a hack. It's tough because this is otherwise such a nice red dot and laser!UPDATE: the seller made things right so I updated my review. I like to make my reviews reflect both the product and the service so I made it 4 star.
