This is the carrying case for the US Army official RFI-Issue IFAK (Improved First-Aid Kit). It is made of MIL-SPEC materials --not cheap vinyl, like some other IFAK pouches. It is approximately the same size as a 100-round SAW Ammunition Pouch. It does NOT contain any medical supplies, and does NOT include the dummy-corded insert which is part of the complete IFAK.
